Yes I noticed this strange machine too.
Funny, I was dreaming about having one not later than yesterday.
I was filing the inner eye part of my latest axe. I sweat like a mad to obtain a straight surface.
This kind of machine would have saved me many liters and blisters :D

BTW, I'll post pictures tonight, im very pleased with the result.
