This is probably old news to most of you but...

I got some new files from Cromwell the other day & I decided to try one of the Kennedy strait tooth milled files as they boasted about their agressive cutting ability.

I am pleasantly suprised and my arms less fatigued, it really did take alot of sweat out of filing the bevels on my current project. It took me far less time than using my standard engineers files, the only thing to watch is the extremly agressive teeth at the edge of the face wich will dig in deep given the chance.

It looks more like a b*stard cut on 'roids but cuts smoother like a faster 2nd - the teeth are so deep it looks virtually unclogable too.

If you do all your profiling by hand as I do then I'd recomend getting one.

Does anybody have experience of the version with the curved teeth? I'm curious but thought the curve might make draw filing problematic.
