Somebody asked me how i did my leather lanyard
A french guy shipped me a spyderco rookie with that sort of lanyard, i found it wonderfull and he explained how he did. Now it's more or less on all my small blade.

A long piece of leather (15cm long with more or less 5-8mm width). The piece of leather go through the lanyard hole. Fold it in the middle.

I cut on one side of "the leather string" in the middle and in the lenght on more or less 1 cm

The uncut side go through the cut in the first one. And i try to obtain the same result than on the picture.

After i cut the second one (the one uncut) in the same way than the first one.

The first leather piece go trough the cut.

Cut in point the end in order to have something cleaner

You have a small leather lanyard , you have done it in more or less 3 mn, and it will give a good grip on all the very short and small blade handled.
