[EDITED FOR ADVERTISING CONTENT]

please read the rules (http://www.britishblades.com/forums/showthread.php?p=8444#post8444)

Advertising is not generally allowed here at BritishBlades, the only exception to this rule is the traders forum where you may submit your items for sale. Generalized "great deals at myshop.com" adverts are not permitted outside of the traders forum, unless you pay BritishBlades £100 per post! There will be no exception to this and commercial adverts found outside the traders forums will be deleted or invoiced accordingly. However, we do like to see genuine resources made available to our members, so a single link and a brief description of a website is perfectly acceptable without penalty (links in signatures are also acceptable, see rule #4). Overtly commercial language is not. The bias here is toward and in favor of the individual maker/seller/collector. The traders forum is provided as a means for dealers and traders to advertise and share their products, without unduly detracting from the content of the forums. Moderators will use their judgment as necessary.

Khukman - You can make your check for £100 payable to me, drop me a PM for my details. Martyn. ;)

Great.

Now - why have you posted this identical message in three different fora here?

I am, of course, assuming that gurkhawolverine is your username on EBay?

You more intelligent than your Avatar makes out and I mean that without offence friend !!

This, presumably, would be the same one you have already offered up in the members' classifieds? As such, I would suggest that giving us the heads up that it is on EBay would be more appropriately advertised in the same place. Not simultaneously on 3 separate fora on the same site.

As for the avatar - the fact that I used American McGee's cat as the basis, or the fact that I had sufficient time to waste in turning it into an animated gif?

No basis - just a funny looking avatar - kinda looks like one of those dumb gremlins from the 80's film of the same name.

Advertising in nore places yields more results in my opinion.

What sort of knives do you specialize in making ??

A 'sorry for screwing around on the forums' would be a nice gesture I'm guessing Khukman.

And the fact that the cat disappears should ring some bells. Haven't you even seen the film?

Didn't realise I was screwing things up that bad like - if I did, I am sorry !!

I haven't seen the movie - any good !!

This is probably the sticky bit as it's a discussion forum not an Advertising forum. The Odd bit is fine, especially in the Classifieds section which was designed specifically for Advertising personal kit. If you can keep it in there that would be much appreciated :D

Have a good one

We're now in the classifieds Khukman, no problemo, as we're still a relatively fledgling site, so stuff like this is easy to remedy ;) Good luck with your auction:D

There are a few versions...but it has been over ten years since I last saw the film.
