May Meet Competition

So, Roestalker270 has kindly offered up a prize for the May Farm get together. The Prize is to go out with him on a stalk and shoot the Roe deer for the meet! You miss and everyone goes hungry! You will have to make yourself available on one of the following dates. 12-13th or 19-20th May and you need to be able to get to the stalk location. Nick will look after you, take you through safety etc and then spend the day looking for the deer.
So, what do you have to do to win this excellent opportunity? As we have seen from his posts, Nick goes out fairly regularly and occaisonally helps out on culls. How many deer do you think Nick shot last year? And just to make it a bit more of a challenge.... I need to know the number broken down by species :]:]

Say he goes out once a month, every month for a year... some times you get two shots, some times none, not every trip ends in a carcass. extrapoloate from there....
Oh and he only shot 4 species of deer...

IVE JUST SEEN A POTENTIAL FLAW TO MY EARLIER POST! in my haste to post on a friends generousity i may have confused the issue. roestalker270 has indeed shot 5 species but i dont know if bardster meant he only shot 4 species last year. im sorry if my big mouth has engaged before my small brain kicked in.
if my mistake has ruined anyones chance ill offer deer stalking to anyone who's guessed between my first post and this one as reparation. once again im sorry, no ill intent was involved.

I think this one is going to run awhile , and as such will not be limited to one guess each ;) and as Eddie has clarified its only last year and thus only 4 species of deer.... Russet def ISN'T his favourite colour.....

Oh Deer Eddie! So blissfully void of the ravages of interrigence!:D To those that think His offer of stalking is a good thing, 3 restraining orders to His name suggests that His style of stalking is very different to mine!:O

Two lads so far have guessed the right number of one (different) species, Fluffy and TNHD.

Fluffy has also answered one other species short of one kill from the total i got of said species, which puts him in front at the moment by my guesstimation:ninja:

Chastiser has two species where he has guessed 1 kill off of the actual total of said species shot:pirate:

Well folks,

We're getting close to the weekend now so we need to knock this comp on the head and declare the winner!

Despite a last valiant effort by Iser the Chaste, Fluffy maintained his precarious lead!

The total number of Cervids slain by my good self last year was:

Roe: 18
Fallow: 25
Sika: 2
Muntjac: 3

Seeing as you're fairly local Fluffy you can meet me at the ground of an evening after work during the week. I suspect you may want to have a brief session on a range to practice with the rifle?

Bardster and Mafro may come along to sit up in high seats, maybe they can call us in if they get a beast in front of them and we're having no luck on foot patrol.:ninja:
