Hi guys.
I just wanted to show you my latest knife.
The handle is made of Holm Oak,alternative amber, bronze and pewter,
and the blade is made by a local smith named Johan Gustavsson.

I hope you like it. :) / J.P

Those metal spacers are beautiful. How did you get the bronze and pewter mixed like that?

I would like to buy some spacer material like that! Lovely work.

very nice , like the use of amber , what do you use on the pewter to keep it from dulling ?

Excellent knife J.P. :happy65:

Re the blade, has Johan started making simpler blades again, I though he had stopped to concentrate on his more complex work?
I notice it's marked jg , on the ones I have they are marked "johan" only.

Regards mic :santa :party11:

That's really nice but the amber sets it apart.

Good stuff!

It's not the same Johan. The guy who made the blade for my knife is a 29 year old "Hobby blacksmith".....still he makes nice blades. /JP

Both the knife and sheath look excellent. One question though, is there a reason for the fairly long ricasso part, in my experience that can sometimes be in the way when using the knife.
