connected all the wires to where i thought they should go, checked the manual,checked my help thread, all looks good, plug into mains via rcd, put torch in pocket open fuse board (wife and kids in bed asleep so short power outage shouldn't be noticed).
turn on power, hear a nice click from other room, led on vsd is lit, excellent no powercut, next move run motor still time for things to go tits up, press run key motor spins power stays on job done. the motor runs sweet as a nut and smooth as silk so thanks to everyone for helping out with advice,i'm still alive and now i'm programming the vsd's various functions and everythings fine potentiometer works, just cant seem to get the emergency stop function right when the buttons in it runs and when its out it stops but i can't figure out how to turn things about,any ideas. at 1.30am i don't think the guy who sold me the motor will be happy if i call so spose its off to bed and see if we can sort things out tommrrow.
