All I can say is keep checking e-bay. It's how I got mine after I tried all the usual shops, even then it took a while.

There was a place which still had a few in stock a little while ago.. the url was on spyderco forums but they had bumped the price up (to $199) and i dont know if they shipped outside of ConUS.. i will try and find it again though i didnt bookmark it so dont hold your breath!
