UK? Dunno, but Texas Knifemarker's Supply (http://www.texasknife.com/store/s-pages/TKS_MainframeStore.htm?TKS_4Nickel-Tit-Mic.htm~smain) sells 0.1" sheet (2.5mm).

Wait.. what about this (http://www.superalloys.co.uk/pages/stocklist/titanium/1.htm). Or this (http://www.aircraftmaterialsuk.com/index.html).

Google: 6AL4V titanium sheet uk

Do you want to do a joint order on Ti to save on P+P, I found a UK firm http://www.pts-uk.com/iso7380.htm that do Torx screws down to M2 size, just ordered 800.

You just ordered 800 M2 Torx screws?

That's a lot of folders you're making....

Now if anyone ever wants 6AL4V in something a bit thicker, like about 13mmx98mmx54mm, then I could help ;). got lots of the stuff, just nothing thinner :(
