I Purchased This From Alan Wood About 14years Ago. It Was At One Of The London Arms Fairs. The Knife Was On Alan's Stand And Unfinished. In The Days Of Cheap Hollow Handled Survival Knives, This, To My Mind, Is What A Survival Knife Should Be.
It Is Made From A 5mm Thick Piece Of 12c27 Steel And Is Fitted With Green Micarta Scales And Red Lining. It Has A Satin Sand Blast Finish. The Steel Is Unbelievably Tough. It Has Just Come Back From Alan Who Has Resharpened It For Me (f.o.c. Top Guy!).
Thought You Might Like To See This, As Alan Has Not Made Anything Like This For Many Years.
