A once keen mountain biker myself, I dont see how a person could be held accountable when another person chooses to ride a bike. I had a nasty crash last year and it has left me with a perminantly damaged shoulder, but I wouldn't try and sue the guys who built the trail....However somewhere like the States might be very different.
And I am a qualified bike mechanic, including full suspension!
Now that's a little known fact! A man of many talents :biggthump
Yup, two week residential course with a well known UK bike manufacturer a few years back.
Still can't get the link though.
