Hi everybody,
I wanted to sell my Joth Sing Khalsa. The knife has not been used so far. I found it a few months ago at my local knife dealer.
Price should be around £75 alltogether. This is about 100 Euro at the moment and the price I paid for. I don't want to make money with this knife.
I don't use ebay, since there are lots of frauders.
If someone wants to buy it, this can be done via PayPal.
Regards,
Bjørn

Hi Bjorn,
Welcome to BB:)
Am I to understand, that this is a sought after knife by Spydie collectors, or just a good knife?

Thanks Colin for the welcome!
I think the Khalsa is both but I'm only sure about that it is a good knife ;)
It feels very comfortable and quality is Spyderco like.
It isn't produced for a longer time now I think and it is a new one.
Maybe someone knows bout the Khalsa more?
Hi Bjoern! Welcome to the forums.
I am a fan of Jot Singh Khalsa's knives, but I only have the Spyderco one. It was one of their custom collaborations but has now been dis-continued, it has smooth micarta handles and a very nice action. It pre-dated the similar Gunting, but apparently didn't influence Bram's design...
Here's one of Jot Singh Khalsa's $1800 knives.....

What a nice one!
A bit higher priced then the factory one.... and a bit more collectable.
At the weekend we had a knife makers exhibition at Solingen.
One knifemaker (Wolfgang Loerchner from Canada) had knives that were around 10.000 Euro and _all_ (4) were sold!!
The knives at 1500€ to 2000€ are oridinary customs and sold as usual.

Don't tempt me Baggy, I wuz looking at some damascus barreled shotguns at the weekend. We could kill two birds with one stone, the shorter the barrel, the more damascus we get:D :p ;)

AIUI, damascus barrels won't handle more modern high-pressure loads. So you'd be doing them a favour, really...
(Not that I know anything much about shotguns - strange but true)
