Rounding off nuts

Take Danzo, Zebedee, Mushy, Roger, Harvey & trond, call them a handfull;P

OR...


..Take a piece of all thread, & a nut to suit, place against a belt sander with the left end of the all thread at @ 30deg up from horizontal, watch the nut climb from right to left.

When it reaches the left edge of the belt, turn the whole around & repeat.


You SHOULD end up (after a few passes) with a completely round, threaded, short tube type thingy, just perfect for finishing off those through tang knives:D

or just buy domed nuts? ..... or use a drill & tap on some stainless rod? ... or ..... or ....... who you calling a nut? ..... Nut! :p
