Silverback, the sales forum is not the place to create arguments over things like this. You have a lot of other options available to you - use them.

Sorry but even if you had tried other options a sales thread is still not the place for this, especially as it was bought via evilbay and not from an advert here.

Andrew, I'd like to grab one of these please. Without seeing them, it's just a bit hard to decide which to choose. I like a fairly warm bag as don't like sleeping in all my clothes. This will be the tougher bag for use with a hennessy or tarp and is likely to live in the car for winter emergencies.
I have a good but more delicate 800 fill down bag for backpacking so size and weight aren't very important. 3 season is good as I don't camp out in winter these days but do you think the -10 would be too hot to use in summer ?

Thanks, Alick

In my experience its usually better to go for a warmer bag unless you're sure you won't need it. If you get one with a full length zip then you can jsut open it up and use it as a duvet in warmer weather.

I'm with Narsil, its a lot easier to cool down if the bags too warm, than to get warm if the bag is cold
