I was just playing with my new portable photo studio (Maplin £14.99) and thought that I have not seen many finished Felleskap's on here. So I thought I would start this thread for the Felleskap owners club ;)

So to kick it off here is my F5

:noggin: Trond, sorry about the state of the blade in the bottom 2 (the ones from today) , its a user not a shelf knife :D

And a fine using blade it surely is :biggthump ! I really like these Felleskap blades :D . I used to have a F1 as my personal outdoorknife for a long time, and have used several others as well. However I must say that the Felleskap blade is a very very nice one for its intended purpose. I have a couple of pics of a Felleskap blade in the gallery, and have 3 almost finished Felleskap knives next to me at the moment. One of them is to be my new bushcraft knife :D :noggin:

Felleskap owners club. Nice idea.

I've got #7. I'll see if I can get my scanner to work and post it here.

I've been sooo busy with a recent change in lifestyle, some more orders (& a broken belt sander) that I haven't had much time to do mine (getting round to it, soon as my new sander's up & running)

Tvividar, can you link the pics to prevent the trawl for the none regulars? Cos I know there

Hmmmfff... :(

I messed up my first attempt, and still haven't got around to pulling off the wood and volcanised fibre so I can start again. Oh, and it was the last of my black fibre, anyway (but Joe is sorting me out with some more).

By the way, my two Felleskaps were not numbered. Does that make mine rare, pre-production pieces? :p

Well the etch was light so before long all of ours all un-numbered ;)

Ok I'll try. Hope it works.
This is my first one. Curly grained birch and mosaic pins.

And here with rehandled Firesteel and sheath

My second and personal Felleskap is at the top of this pic (the other two are Fällkniven blades that I put wooden handles on). I have been too busy with other things, so I haven't had time to make sheaths yet :noggin:

No Problems chris the blades are made for use, and it is a pleassure to see that they have beene used :)

Heres mine http://www.britishblades.com/photopost/data/500/1trondfell1.jpg

Only the first 12 where numbered, i couldnt get a good etch on them, so i started to only mark them with my members mark.

As to where they have gone, i think many of the people that have bought them either dont want to show them (this is their first knife) or, have actually just left them in the drawer as they havent made a knife before, and are not quite sure where to start.
To anybody in that situation, please post your questions here, and i will try and answer them as best i can.:)

Trond is that the one the boss man bought? I think that there are a few Felleskap's in the hand of people that have to many project on the go at the same time :D

I have Number Three.

It sustained some very slight pitting damage on one side because I left it on the floor over Christmas and the damp from the cellar did its deadly work. This embarassed me for ages but a wise soul here said if it was a user then worse would happen in the woods so treat it like a knife and stop being a big poof. So I did. I have the wood marked out, the tools, the bits and bobs (well, some of them) the glue and Sammilou, a four month old baby girl.

I am working on it guys, I really am.

Mine is on it's way, I made a mess of the first set of thuya scales but I've managed to get hold of some lovely spalted maple which I'll be preparing in the next couple of weeks. :)

Thanks Vlad. Curly grained birch is one of my favorite woods for a knifehandle, and I tend to use it a lot. Easy to work and always give a nice handle.
