No, the Damascus and Mokume was made by Delbert Ealy http://www.ealyknives.com

that's sexy, thanks for sharing Rene. CT, been there, visited one of the big indian casinos, can't remember what it was called, began with an F, just remember the looks on the faces of all the zombies on the machines.

I just love that knife! Heck there is something about something like that... Well it ought to be in a gallery on show! If we all carried a knife like that, I don't think anyone would object to knives! :biggthump

That is a very nice knife indeed, I love the way the lines of the blade and handle flow together and the different materials harmonise very nicely. The subtle shades of the mokume complement the boldness of the damascus very well indeed.

There is just something about it that looks very 'right'.

Superb Job :)

Trond, The damascus was made from a mixture of 01 toolsteel and Meteorite... This meteorite is Campo del Cielo it fell from the skies in the year 1576 in argentina...it has 6.68% nickle content and mostly the rest is iron....I was able to purchase a 5 pound chuck of this meteorite to make this damascus with.... :D
