Just to let pepole know that this is not a definate Visit but just a posibility at this stage even though I am working on making it a definate thing. Also people need to be aware that the only place where we will be able to do the vist will be at HMNB Clyde near Glasgow. Owen if I can I would love to show you around. It may not be for a while yet as the program for the boat is never concrete but I will put dates up as soon as I can.

Fantastic idea, would love to be there if it happens
Great opportunity. I would love to look round a working rather than a retired Warship. :)

Brill, hope it doesn't end up as being on one of my single parent rather than single weeks!

*cheks kollekshun for a sardine tin key*
The bloke I work with, Chas, used to be a submariner (and don't he go on about it.....) and he would absolutely love to come along if there's any chance.
He'd bore you rigid with tales about proper diesel subs, he's even written a book about it - http://www.amazon.co.uk/Why-Should-Britain-Tremble-Submariners/dp/1424115914
He's not a BB'er, just a good work colleague, so He'll happily stand down to the forum members but if you need to fill a space then let me know.
Cheers,
Dave
