Here's a few pics of my blaze orange large classic sebbie scale I'm playing with ATM
here it is after a rough sizing with the belt sander :yuck:

the most worrying part was trying not to screw up the original scale but i did see a few bright white sparks :C :C . and the thumb stud access was surprisingly easy and pain free to complete, i just used my B&D power file clamped to the workmate and went steady
now i have to strip the knife yet again :rolleyes: and try to improve the finish a bit better that it is ATM and try and figure out how to put a chamfer on the corners as they are i bit painful when using the knife
