In the skip here is lots of brand new steel pipe tubing. it would be great for some one who want to enclose a small forge in steel i can hoik it out but you will have to come pick it up. there seems to be 2 diameters 1 of about 1 foot and the other @ about 6inch and length... dunno maybe 12 foot in total.

giz a shout if you want it aquired

12 foot of 12inch steel pipe? :yikes: ... on a skip? ... that's £100 worth of tube .....WTF is it doing on a skip? ... no wonder it disappeared

my most awesome wicked insane forge is made from 6 inch dia pipe ten inches long.
Single venturi burner, it'll turn white inside, which is perfect for instilling panic in the youngsters who tend to wanna hang out at the shop.

I've seen pictures of some of your forges Randal, but I forget, do they run on propane or plutonium?

Well, generally propane... :0)
Tried just about everything though.
The latest "pipe dream" is to have one run on recycled veggie oil with a small electric blower, and with a hand-bellows option as well.
I'm likley out of my mind, but that seems to be what it takes to become a bladesmith anyway...
