I'd highly recommend the Edgie - It's been my EDC for about a year and is an excellent knife and superb value!

I have often wondered about these, how stiff / strong is the spring for example?

I've loved my Edgie since I got it (from Charity;) )
The spring is nice and solid - it opens with a solid click like a spidie - it's the perfect size, sheepsfoot blade is very non-threatening and NKP friendly, good pocket clip, nice grip / handle and one-hand opening using the hole in the blade.
They hold a good edge - the self sharpening system is a subject of much debate regarding effectiveness but I've found it handy.
And above all it has one of the most essential qualities of any EDC - it's cheap enough to be 'loseable'

I would really like one of the Edgies, but I do not have paypal. If anyone is ordering one and would be good enough to order one for me also, i would be most grateful. I would send a cheque to whoever would be willing to do this, covering knife cost, paypal fees, shipping, and ,of course, a drink for their trouble.:)
Pretty Please:rolleyes: ;) :)

I like the look of the Edgie. I'd have one but I'm developing a wishlist of Charity's knives to pick from. Currently, I have a Spyderco Delica ZDP-189 and Pacific Salt on the list.
Charity, is there any chance of your publishing a list one day with images and prices of your favourite knives, best deals and biggest sellers?

ahhhh!!!! If only there were 50 hrs in a day... :)
to start you off... :)
My favorite knives are spyderco... I work with them the most and really like their quality... especially the Tenacious... can beat the price for the quality.
Narrowing down my favorite spydie... is harder...
I like the delica, caly 3, and stretch 2 the best I think....
waiting to see what the G10 Delica looks like. :) FRN is not my favorite... It is light weight and sturdy, but I like my knife to have a heavier feel in the handle. I think the Caly 3 CF is the best of the best....

Not too big, and I love the lock back... just feels more secure.... But being CF and ZDP 189 it is a bit pricey....
Then you have the Delica... timeless favorite... not too big, but enough knife to get the job down... :) available in multiple colors and configs....

My kids have delica trainers with swapped scales of black and pink.... :)
I think that sums it up for now... :)
