Hi,
The Friends of the Red Hose Race committee are looking for anyone interested in showing their skills during a medieval type day in Carnwath, Scotland on 22nd June 2008.
The Red Hose Race is 500 years old this year and has been recognized the Oldest Road Race in the world by the Guinness World Record book in 2006.
To celebrate, a fun day has also been organized with medieval battle re-enactment, falconry, story telling, old games... There will also be live entertainment with Clan an Drumma and hog roast for lunch.
