Hi folks
In the Bill of Rights thread I've referred to the case known as Factortame many times.
For those of you who are interested here is a quite superb Wikipedia article on the case, which also contains all the links to the many different rulings that make up what us academic lawyers call Factortame.

It's probably the most important case ever decided in English law, as it defines our relationship to the European Union and determines our ability to be an independent nation.
