Yes, Becker were taken over by Ka-Bar last year. Ethan Becker is supposedly working with Ka Bar on new designs and re-issues.

Also probably why Boker are doing the cheap, robust Becker styled knives in their Magnum range, as per the current passaround. Licensed designs by Ka-Bar, but that's just supposition at the moment.
