I have two One-Armed bandit knife openers.
These are the original openers which fit to a Buck 110 or similar and adapt it for one-handed opening.

Price for each One-Armed Bandit is:
UK = £5
USA/Canada = US$9
Europe = E$9
All to include shipping.

I can accept personal cheques from the UK (preferred), Paypal or cash sent by registered post.

The good news is: If you do a search using ' one arm bandit knife ' as I've just done, you will immediately find the item in question :)
I'd post a link...but that's probably not allowed.
They're priced at $9.95 USD. ( Shipping is extra, I'm sure ;) )
Without hearing that name ( one arm bandit), here on BritishBlades I might never have found it, so I thought I'd better register and let everyone know, since I see that there are several interested parties.
