Happy Accident or Dreadful Mistake?

I heat treated a blade yesterday 3mm x25mm Tommi style blade about 120mm. I hardened it three or four times when i took it out i noticed that the blade had curved kinda like a samuri sword. Should I leave it as it is or grind it flat?

Could be a happy accident and leave it as is and learn by your mistakes/process.

btw...why did you harden it 3 or 4 times?
