A "Wanted" Section

While trawling through all the old posts I noticed that there have been quite a few "wanted" posts of one sort and another. I wondered if there was any plan to add a "wanted" section to "Portobello Road"?

BCUK used to have a wanted section.. but generally not much goes on in them.. so it was consolidated with the trading section.. remember the more subforums there are the longer it takes to load and navigate for people on dial-up

Perhaps the "group buy" one could also cover "wanted"?

I think a wanted section would be a good idea, it's easy to miss a post if someone wants something and they have to post it somewhere else.

A sticky "Wanted" section, where we can browse whenever a new post comes up?

how about a materials section for people who have amassed huge quantaties of buffalo horn, burl woods, steels, leather etc etc etc.

People may want a small ammount of somthing like a little steel for one knife and a little wood and leather and getting it off an other member is much easier than finding a site and buying there minimum 16 foot of steel + delivery

I agree a wanted forum looks like a good idea. For now, I think it's too early for a materials section; even though I'm a potential user.

Hmm, thats not necessarily true :) Its just giving the posts that are already out there a better place to go.
