I've just started playing with a 4 1/2" cheapy angle grinder, and whilst it works well enough with cutting discs, the grinding discs are frankly useless. I'd probably be faster with a smooth cut file. Or a piece of flat mild.
Are there any "better" grinding discs around? Different grits? Or is it simply a case of buying decent brand name discs rather than the stuff B&Q sells?
peter which angle grinder do you have?
