A week or two ago I bought a couple of sheets of Kydex from PS Bond. I decided to start with something small, so I didnt waste too much kydex if it was a disaster. :D
I decided to go for a belt sheath for my Fallkniven U2. It can be worn either horizontally or vertically thanks to the mini tek-lok, or could be used as a neck sheath if the tek-lok was removed.
I am quite pleased with the result of my first project, but would appreciate any hints and tips for the next effort.

cheers
looks great.
how have you finished the edges??
Mojo
Looks very good, but could I suggest that you round off the edges a bit more using some fine wet & dry and then finish off by a vigorous rub with a piece of lint free cloth dipped in some acetone? This will give it a really smooth, shiny edge which looks really professional.
Give it a try and let me know what you think?

I'd go up to about 600 grit on the edges, and acetone is a sizable component of nail varnish remover ;)

make sure you read the label before using the wifes, a lot of them also contain bleach.
