I have a couple of Ultrafires that I bought from Dealextreme. They have Cree LEDs and are practically mint. £10 posted each. No battery I'm afraid.

Yes they take cr123s. Dunno what the output is. It's fine for a small cheap flashlight. Has 5 modes as far as I can remember using the switch.

Thanks mate I did a bit of searching and found the torch on dealextreme.
200 lumens (claimed) and 5 modes.
Appears to run on rechargeables aswell.

Reasonably bright. It's small and compact. I haven't figured out what the rear mount is for.

I think the rear mount fits into a bit that lets you use it as a bicycle light
