Hi folks,

Once upon a time I was living away from home and bought the first four Metallica CDs but I also had the same albums at home. Having cleared out most of my stuff like that I found these four earlier hiding in a box. I still have the original CDs so these are surplus.

Anyway, these have been played and are definitely nothing like new, including the cases and paperwork. But they play well enough and, if I do say so myself, include the best thrash metal on Planet Earth.

If you have to finish reading this paragraph to know the answer then you're not qualified to own them. The album names are Kill 'Em All, Ride The Lighning, Master Of Puppets & And Justice For All.

Free to a thrasher or (like me) an ex-thrasher. Spoken for!

Cheers,

Mark

How many times did I listen to these 4 albums copied on a tape copied from a tape? (back in the days when CDs were VERY expensive)!
Master of Puppets and Ride the lightning are the best for me!

Which one is best? Anything before the Black Album and beyond that garbage. Although, credit where it's due, Death Magnetic surprised me. It's a solid album with some great riffs.

As for the earlier stuff named here, I have always enjoyed certain albums more during different moods and would call them my favourite at that time.

If pressed, I would always go Master Of Puppets as it is surely the best overall?

But then I think on Ride The Lightning and some of the tracks there and maybe...
