I used a new screw configuration to help balance the weight of the pistol and am waiting on some spare magazines to make some pouches and also will make c02 bulb holders, which could make it a good overall package:D
Thanks for looking,
Ru.

That looks excellent, the combination of leather and the tek-lok is very good.

Whats wrong with it?

theres nothing major wrong at all but I wont really know till I make a kydex one , if that makes any sense  ,
it holds and carries well in leather , but it kinda moves on the draw,( possibly a technical term would sound better ;)) , I think with the kydex being rigid and perhaps offering a better heat form fitting that this might work its self out.

Ru' thats really nice work and well thought out but I'd tend to agrre with you that kydex would suit the pattern of the holster better. In 22 years of carrying a 9mm almost daily I've been through many many holsters both leather and man made and the biggest problem with single skin leather is lack of rigidity especially after prolonged use. Your design would benefit from a stiffener around the lip of the holster this would ensure a clean draw and would retain the mouth shape for reholstering. The best pattern for single skin holsters is the pancake but even some of these require a stiffener at the lip, have a google for De Santis, Massad Ayoob S.O.B and others as theymay give you some ideas!
For a 1st attempt at a holster tho that is an incredibly clean job, you obviously have a flair for this stuff...well done mate!

Many Thanks for the Advice ,
I quess it takes everyday use to gain that kind of experience and Knowledge , So I thank You again and yes I think its a rigidity problem .

ops yes sorry , its a large tek-lock , available from HH for around £10.99 me thinks , they are the new design by Bob Terzuola and Tim Wegner and seem alot better than the older models .

I think allowing for the fact hes never had to carry a side arm, and not sure what the best way for him is, this is a top rate first go, and he will refine it. Its awesome mate be proud and up to your usual high standard...
