And thanks to Chris for manning the BBQ, the extra burgers in the charcoal improved the taste of the ones that survived no end!!!!

I may pick a weekend in late August and hold one at mine, when SWMBOOSWCMBLO has a weekend shift, will be a little bit of forging perhaps if people are interested, but not a major type hammerin or anything, as I'm not yet blessed with the kind of space and facilities necessary.

Thanks to everyone for bringing along an outstanding collection of knives etc for us to all have a look through. Great day, good food, good weather, enjoyable company, sharp things to look at and talk about

ShortNCuddlyAm is finally back on her feet but still feeling rough, and really gutted she missed it!

I left with 2 x Rat Izulas with micarta scales. One in tan for me, and one in pink for Am. - We'd both been umming and ahhing over getting them for ages, so seeing them in the flesh at Nico's clinched the deal

It was a really awesome afternoon. My thanks to Nico for hosting. It was great to meet such a nice group of knife nuts and see such a nice selection of blades.

Dave your PINK paracord is all packed and I await your address. Ive made a little pink lanyard for your mrs's izula , think it will look mega cool!!!
Any way we must do it again soon had a great time, with a really nice buch of people.
Nicco thank very much for hosting and for the rats I love them and cant put them down. Your benchmade box is packed and as soon as I get a free moment ill pop it in the post to you. We should all do something very soon. And sooooooooo many nice knives it was like steel heaven!!!!!!11

My wife just told me I look like a tomato!!! my shoulders are a little bit tender. about to have a shower and get her to rub the Aloe vera on. It was a bit of a sun trap on that deck!!
