What camera was that with?

Fuji HS10. Only had it a few weeks and this was the first time I used the video. By the time I had really sussed the video mode out, the cutting was finished Next year... Camera will do 1000fps (at lower res) but that was 480 (still quite low res - the spray in the middle doesn't look right which is a shame). Slo-mo needs a lot of light - which I only realised then. We moved the cutting bench to a slightly lighter spot for that shot - we should have done some in full sun but we were all too knackered.

I'll bring a couple of big daylight balanced worklights next year. We can put them up on the climbing frame and use them to light up the cutting bench for filming slowmos.

Longstrider's "Fire Brick" = a piece of firebrick from the forge that fell off and landed in the oil bucket. sucked up some oil, caught fire and kept burning for a good 15 minutes!
