MT2 Arbours
Im looking to get hold of some MT2 arbours (no preference as to the other end, you will see why) I want to make some precision centre drill for my lathe that fit directly into the tailstock so i get maximum ridigity and beacause i will be making them on my lathe they will also be very accurate. For this I want some cheapo (as in very cheap as i need to make quite a few) MT2 arbours that are not hardened. I have found plenty that are hardened but this is no good as i cant drill and turn them. So anyone now where I can get some? Or failing that doesnt anyone have a taper turning attachment for their lathe and can make me some up?
Cheers

Re: MT2 Arbours
Awesomeness! I did some searching but I guess i wasnt using the correct terms as everything i found was hardened. Really appreciate that. I have emailed ARC just to check theirs are soft as i think they will work out cheapest for the quantities I need, if not it seems ebay is my friend again.

Re: MT2 Arbours
ARC replied this morning to confirm my questions. I have placed my order for 3 arbours and a few other peices (including a couple of dead centres for £2 each!, i have worn away the tips on mine) Shipping was also very reasonable. Lets hope their service and products live up to their reputation

Re: MT2 Arbours
Quick service, arrived this morning. Items were of excellent quality especially considering the low price. Im a very happy customers and will be using them again. If you are going to buy from them I recommend getting the catalogue, easier to navigate and understand than the site and you are able to see related products aswell.
