Croc Dundee Sharpening stick

Hi,

I am just wondering if anyone can help me, I am looking for long sharpening sticks as featured on the Crocodile Dundee original knife/sheath. I have been making one or two of these knives and would like to find a supplier of these if pos.

I would be gratefull for any help please

I call that a steel. you can get that from a kitchen supply store. Its used to clean up the edge of the knife.

A steel does not sharpen your blade, it just and only straighten a burr....


Better use a ceramic rod then or a diamont stick.
