    2 slip joints

first one in matching Desert Iron wood scales and mitered NS bolsters NS pins and pivot brass liners and Damascus blade 60mm long stiff back spring on this one very sharp

and next Blonde Buffalo scales with red liners and all stainless fittings mitered bolsters and Damascus blade 57mm long from now on I think it will be 2mm pins as 3mm and my heavy hand causing to much blossoming apart from that its feels great in my hand strong back spring so not for arthritic fingers to open

this feels like it punches above its weight great cuterI hope you like the pictures and all comments welcome

    That's superb work
The dovetailed bolsters really add that something 'extra'

    Re: 2 slip joints

Looks like you started building them with wider blades. I think that really enhances the overall looks. They look gorgeous bytheway.

They are superb as usual Hugh. The sister of the DI one was on the BB table at Knives UK and was much admired.

    Re: 2 slip joints

    Both lovely knives.
I prefer the blade & handle shape of the second, but find the apparent flaws in horn a bit distracting. The natural materials in your handles still appeal to me more than synthetic scales.
Have you ever used Bog Oak?
