Oh Yes it is!
A nice little Sekonda "Wind Up" Analogue Pocket Watch
In perfect working order and keeps excellent time, NO Batteries required!
It was given to me a few years ago by a gratefull Stalking Client, but I never use it, preffering my wrist watch.
