The Tenth Wilderness Gathering August 2012 prize draw

Having already received several inquiries and bookings for The Tenth Wilderness Gathering (2012). We've decided to offer a few competition/draw prizes as we are in a celebratory mood.

There will be two prize draws with one ticket drawn from bookings before 20th December 2011 for a prize of a Frontier Stove http://www.bisonbushcraft.co.uk/page...17.html#stoves

The Next draw will be for ticket sales between 20th December 2011 and August 10th 2012.
That prize will be a custom made 10th Wilderness Gathering anniversary knife, made by Roger Harrington of Bison Bushcraft http://www.bisonbushcraft.co.uk/page10/page10.html
Pictures of the knife to be on display in January 2012.

My mistake, I got this the wrong way around. It's the knife before Christmas and the stove after.

The Lucky winner of the anniversary knife is Christian Malin from Hinckley in Leicestershire. Well done Christian.

We've had some Light my Fire FireKnives Kindly donated as prizes by Nordic Outdoor. They are being given away to random advance ticket bookings on a monthly draw basis. Also Woodlife makers guild have donated an eagles head carved kuksa as a door prize. Just leave your name and phone number upon entry to The Wilderness Gathering this year for a chance to win it!

The lucky person that won the Kuksa is me

First time I've been to the Wilderness Gathering and we had a fantastic day and met some really great people.

I did spend a fortune on leather working tools and knife parts, so I've got some 'projects' to complete.

Only went for a day but can't wait to go for the weekend next year.
