Advertising is not generally allowed here at BritishBlades, the only exception to this rule is the traders forum where you may submit your items for sale. Generalized "great deals at myshop.com" adverts are not permitted outside of the traders forum, unless you pay BritishBlades £100 per post! This, presumably, would be the same one you have already offered up in the members' classifieds? As such, I would suggest that giving us the heads up that it is on EBay would be more appropriately advertised in the same place. Not simultaneously on 3 separate fora on the same site.

As for the avatar - the fact that I used American McGee's cat as the basis, or the fact that I had sufficient time to waste in turning it into an animated gif?
