It comes with a nylon sheath that shows signs of normal wear and tear but its in good condition .Also the bit kit comes with a nylon sheath too .

Dunc - sharpness seemed a lot better than I would expect from a stock blade so you've obviously done a good job (what did you sharpen it with?) but I've not used the main blade as yet apart from opening coffee mostly pliers at work.
