Quick question for tall Dave with hair - You said there was no tail lock out? works fine for me! Just unscrew the tail cap and it works, well I mean doesn't work, if you see what I mean.

OK, I should have been clearer - it does lockout, but you have to unscrew it a LONG way until the tailcap is pretty loose if I recall.

when I refer to tailcap lockout I mean 1/2 turn or so to lockout because of anodised threads on the tail.

I like this torch.

Let's have a look at it next too the usual CR123 suspects....



It strikes me as being a little longer than some other CR123 lights, here it is again next to the usual 1AA suspects...



Saying that, I do like the size, fits well in the hand.

U.I. is super, my 9yr old had it down in a couple of clicks. "Cool torch Dad" was her review.

build quailty is good, feels well made and shows a good level QC on the mating parts.

I think this would make a nice pocket EDC light, but also would be useful for anyone who needs a little tactical torch for thier line of work.
