Not very good as i couldn't get the torches and camera pointing at the same spot all with 1 arm.

But you should be able the see they're very close, at longer distances the SC600 does throw slightly more, plus as i said the SC600 is very slightly brighter more than likely due to the better reflector.

TK41 is now in my hands and my it is a miniature beast eh! Liking the feel of it in my hand, I actually thought it would be bigger but it's not too big, definitely not as heavy as I imagined it being.

Now I just need to wait for the dark to arrive

Re: [Update] Thinking of the Olight M20-X XML Warrior - TK41 now delivered!

Sorry, I got no reply so assumed not many were interested.

Thoughts: YOWZER!!!!!! Everytime I have bought a torch thinking "this will be bright", ultimately I end up disappointed (even if slightly) thinking I want more. More light, more throw, more flood, just more.

This one, the flood is fine, no problems, the light is fine more problems, the throw is fine, no problems. On the lowest setting (10 lumens), it's much bright than other torch shooting out 10 lumens with a smaller reflector and is perfectly useable for low lighting. It actually throws a fair bit and in the night adjusted eyes you would be hard pushed to really "need" more. The 2nd setting, ~100lumens is a back should you need some more light and does a fantastic job of lighting a whole lot more.

The 3rd setting, ~335lumens is obviously very good and the max, 800 lumens, well!!!

Using the 800lumen setting, it lit up an area about 100metres by 150metres with absolute ease! I really haven't had a chance (can't seem to find a place) to test out the throw of it yet but now I'm getting greedy, I want a total dedicated thrower, I'm thinking perhaps along the lines of the M3X Triton.

Pictures, I don't have my camera with me so that will be some time but I have a few torches that I compared all at the one time and the comparisons are very surprising so I think I might actually take beamshots of all of my torches and post them up, just for kicks.

The torch is a fantastic all rounder! It takes AA batteries, who doesn't have them, or can't get a hold of them?! It's smaller in size than my 2D Maglite so it's find to hold in your hand for any length of time and it's MUCH light than the 2D Maglite aswell. The 2 lower settings are what this a great all rounder.

I do not have the creative touch to be able to truly express myself, hopefully the pictures should help when I get them up.

Please let me know if you do want pictures otherwise I won't waste any time

If your still hankering after more output and or more throw, you need to start looking at multi XML torches
    or HIDs

If it's a dedicated thrower your after then it's worth taking a look at the Dereelight DBS with aspherical lens.

It's basically 1 step up from a laser and gives a light sabre type beam.
It's not too bad price wise either compared to other torches, with the EZ900 pill and 2S extension tube i think it cost me around $70.

Right, you'll need to give me a couple of weeks though, my camera is at my parents house and I wont be going there until next weekend now
