3 new knife designs, fresh from the workshop

Hi Folks
I've been making knives from the same two designs for a while now so thought it time to expand my range. So here they are





This first knife is a hunter's knife with a 120mm long blade made from RWL-34. Had trouble stopping scale forming on the blade when heat treating but think I've got that cracked now thanks to the advice from the good folk in British Blades land
The handle is Sheoke on dark green liners.



This is my first hidden tang knife inspired by Scandinavian knives and initially designed for a woodsman friend who wanted a knife to whittle with. Blade is O1, 75mm long, with a handle of cocobolo and brass fittings. My new logo applied to the face of the blade.



The last of my new knife designs is this little knife. Full tang blade in O1, 55mm long, and cocobolo handle with brass fittings.

Next task is to put together some sheathes for these knives. Going to have a go at a stitchless Scandinavian sheath for the hidden tang knife.

All very nice, congratulations. There's something about that first one that has huge appeal for me. Nice choice on the handle materials on all of them.

Alrob, did you mean slim in the plan view?
Nikoo, me too. It didn't start out that way but it's great when a 2 dimensional idea takes on it's own form when executed in 3D. Would you like to give a fish related name to it?

its great when the shape appears out of the timber

totally it seems to become ether cliché or just plain daft , I like Ballan as well
