For the last few years we are ok.No rats etc.Had meerkats that had rabies then but all is ok now.If a bat comes into my house now I spray the room with Raid(the red one) and it's potent to rats and bats.That is what the burglers use nowadays for dogs.South Africa will make your hair ......Ok,we'll stop this....

I had family that worked travelling and when he went to johannesburg the company car was bullet proof , bomb toughend it was a s class merc, I know about how bad things are in some parts.
The same relative went to iraq and the car was a lower spec.
Also recall a advert for bmw in sa that had been fitted with anti car jacking flame throwers either front side totally legal ...crazy
