    My Favourite Pistol

Shamelessly nicked from another forum, but it made me laugh so I'm posting it here.

"My personal favorite gun has always been a Beretta Jetfire in 22 short. I’ve carried it for many years including while hiking. I never leave without it in my pocket. Of course the first rule when hiking in the wilderness is to use the “Buddy System”. This it means you NEVER hike alone, you bring a friend, companion, or even a family member because if something happens, there’s someone to go get help.

I remember one time while hiking with my wife in northern Alberta out of nowhere came this huge brown bear charging us and was she mad. We must have been near one of her cubs. Anyway, if I had not had my little Jetfire, I wouldn’t be here today. Just one quick shot to my wife’s knee cap and I was able to escape by just walking at a brisk pace. It’s one of the best pistols in my collection."
Frank Mclaury: You're next on my list, Holliday. You better get used to seeing my face, 'cause it's the last thing you're gonna see.

Doc Holliday: McLaury, seeing your face would be a pleasant change. I understand most of your enemies got it in the back.

Reminds me of one of my favourite homer Simpson quotes, when faced with aliens homer says 'don't eat me I have a wife and kids......... Eat them!'

When chased by a bear you don't need to be able to run faster than the bear, just faster than your mate
My biggest fear in life is that when I die my wife sells all my stuff for what I told her I paid for it!!

Paracord bracelets, keyrings and lanyards available for sale, pm me for details.
SRM and Bee knives for sale - In dealer sales or pm me for details.

    Re: My Favourite Pistol

I walked past a house which was on fire yesterday, a man was outside screaming "my wife is still in there!", as I walked past I said "alright mate, no need to gloat".
Swmbo didn't like this joke at all.
