First blob competition?

I have just figured out what a blob is and notice that I now have one. I guess that means time for a competition!

The questions are all knife related, possibly odd and/or obscure and might need some research. One go each so dont go rushing in. If no one gets close after a week or so I will give some clues and everyone can have another go.
Prize will be the knife featured in question 3. If enough of you think this is a naff prize (I honestly dont know) let me know and I will find something else.

Q1 I made this knife recently, from what knife did I gain inspiration? Clue - different photo to make it a bit easier.

Q2 How many tubes are needed to make one of these mosaic pins? Clue - Think how you could make it.

Q3 What is the date stamped on the reverse of this blade? I am sure you can find the answer to this one using the search feature. Now clearer picture

Q4 For what medical purpose (slightly embarrassing) did I make this tool? It is 90 mm long and the cutting edge is 5mm wide. Its difficult to give a clue for this one - for trimming something mouldy.

Q5 This is the back end of my HT kiln. From what useless piece of domestic entertainment equipment did I scavenge the heat sink? Clue It had the dreaded R _ _ R _ _ _ of D _ _ _ _

And the tie breaker, should it be needed, How much did I pay for the knife in Q3, purchased from an antiques arcade?
