Looks like the scales have been pinned on rather than screwed like what's on other Manixs.
Finally made my first knife!

Pinned construction therefore non adjustable pivot, what's good about that?

It's not a real Manix though, is it?

Re: Manix 2 translucent blue at HH!
I can't argue there, compared to the original G10 this doesn't look as sturdy or as classy, but the reviews I've seen have all been very positive and say that the co-polymer handle is up to the job. As its so cheap (relatively speaking!) I plan on hard using this knife so looks aren't important to me...but its still a Manix...look at those lovely lines! That FFG blade! All that choily goodness!

I have to agree. The transparent handle makes it look cheap and tacky imho.

Adjustable pivot is a must on any folder IMO but that's just me.

Well thats what I want to find out. A Manix without liners is pretty intriguing! You've got to love the FFG on this though, the hollow grind is what put me off the production G10 version.
