That looks like good value to me. Has anyone tried one of these sets?

Re: Leatherman kits at Costco
Hi Guy's,
I've got both the Crater knife and the leatherman Micra and all i can say is that the knife will cut 12mm Dia tight wound cotton rope and I use it in a warehouse and I've had mine about 2 1/2 years and all I've had to do to keep V sharp is to hard strop with mirror final finish bar and it's back to " the hairs on my arm recoil in horror ".
As for the Mighty midget had one for 15 years and just lost it today bummer I've found that if you keep to reasonable uses then there is none better apart from the Squirt that I forgot to leave at home and went into the pocket , sorry, bin at the security point at the airport, felt a right burk.
So in all as separate items your looking at £25 max for the Micra
£35 max for the Crater
£40 max for the kick

Re: Leatherman kits at Costco
These were £54 in my local Cosco! I would have happily paid £35 for something I don't need but not £54!

£54 odd in the Gateshead branch too...
I have all three items but I'd have gotten swapsys for £30 odd :0("I told him, 'Son, what is it with you??.... Is it ignorance or apathy?' He said, ' I don't know and I don't care.'"

Could only afford four , so four for sale at that price plus postage and pp fees I'll work it out but would think £42ish

Re: Leatherman kits at Costco
is the micra with scissors?
I have a kick, not overly impressed. very stiff to open/close (but its 2nd hand so might be the prev owner), but works well once open. surprised that the slipjoint knifeblade is fairly decent, and because the tools are at the inside of the handle there is no risk of it closing on your fingers.Paintings. Sculptures. 3D/CAD. Basic animation. Graphic design. Web design. Print design. Anything design.

Nice little edc for a bailout bag in motor tbh I feel like it's easy to explain if needed to as it's a leatherman kit .
Anyways I think if I stripped the packet and posted smaller I can do for £42 all in pp fees and postage
