Personal hygiene kits - what do you use?

On the delicate issue of toilet paper...

Any top tips? Best one I've found is to get a roll of kitchen paper and cut it in half with a sharp knife. Then remove the cardboard roll and flatten. Put it in a freezer bag and you are good to go. If you need to be frugal, one half-sheet per wipe is adequate with very low risk of "finger poking through" compared to regular toilet paper. One roll goes a lot further this way. Be sure to get biodegradeable kitchen roll though - or better still, just burn it. Good test for your knife too - knocks hell out of the edge.

I usually carry some wet wipes like you use to clean babies arse's.

Plenty of uses, pack up small and are fairly light.
If you careful and have eaten well 1 usually works.

Although as always seems to be the care, when you have plenty of paper you tend to have a ghost dump, when your running low it tends to be "messy".

use your shirt tail or sleeve for bum wiping

I can see that working, although not tasting great. Toothpaste is just a suspended polishing compound after all. Anything else abrasive would work.
