iTrader posting

Trying to do an iTrader feedback posting for ZDP. I've done one a few moments ago for him so the site is telling me I must wait until a certain time to do the next one.
Problem is it says I must wait until 07-01-06 09:59 and then below that tells me the current time is 10:02 - I'm assuming these are both server times and one's not a client clock time. If the former is the case then surely I should have been able to post?

Try editing the existing one.

Unless I'm not understanding things that wouldn't do the trick. The existing one is for a different purchase/product to the one that won't post.
